Complete Blueprints is an independent residential home design studio in East Tennessee. We are located at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains, just south of Knoxville, Tennessee. This is an area rich in both rustic and modern beauty and styles, and provides us with spectacular surroundings to help spur the creative processes.

Our design studio provides residential home plans to individuals, builders, and companies alike. While most design firms have a knowledge of design, drafting, and planning process, first, we are a little out of the ordinary. Our first passion was actually in the construction of custom homes. We apply our knowledge of the construction industry to everything we design and plan. With our specialized design tools, construction knowledge, and high quality standards, we put everything together into a design / build solution, all while constantly striving to be the best, and most affordable home designer in the Southeast.

While the primary goal of home design will likely always remain the same, the tools and technology of the industry have taken a drastic change for the better within the last twenty years. We use the very best in cutting-edge 3D interactive BIM modeling software, which we have worked to further improve and develop for our industry. Specialized structural specification software, and individualized services for each of our customers, are combined with our unmatched customer support and service. In other words, we are not just another cookie-cutter design company. We have the innovative software and knowledge of construction needed to turn our customers’ ideas into reality, and we stand by our customers, from the start of the project until its completion.
